Acceptable Use Policy

These rules apply to everything you upload, prompt, generate or share with gengen.wtf. They are part of the Terms of Service.

Never allowed

1. Anything sexual involving minors, or anyone who looks like a minor, real or fictional. This is reported to the authorities.
2. Sexual or nude content of a real, identifiable person without their clear consent, including images made from someone's photo, "undressing", face swaps, and fake intimate images.
3. Content made to deceive: fake evidence, impersonating a real person to mislead, fake news presented as real, or fraud.
4. Content that harasses, threatens or bullies a real person, or promotes violence or hatred against people for who they are.
5. Content that promotes terrorism, or gives real instructions for weapons, explosives or serious harm.
6. Anything that infringes someone else's rights, such as uploading images you have no right to use.
7. Anything illegal where you are or where you share it.

Adult content

Adult content of fictional or consenting adults is the user's own responsibility. It must stay within the law where you live, and must never break rules 1 and 2. Some models refuse such content; refused generations are refunded.

The service itself

Do not:

• resell or share access to your account;
• automate requests, scrape the site or bypass limits;
• attack, overload or probe gengen or its providers;
• try to get around safety measures, pricing or charges;
• use payment methods that are not yours.

What happens

We may remove content, stop a generation, suspend or close the account (see the Terms for what happens to the balance), and report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.

Reporting

To report content made with gengen, including an image of you made without consent, email gengen.wtf@gmail.com with the link and a short explanation. We act on valid reports promptly, and within 48 hours for non-consensual intimate images.
