Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and gengen.wtf ("gengen", "we", "us"). Contact: gengen.wtf@gmail.com. By creating an account or using gengen you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use gengen.
1. Who can use gengen
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By signing in you confirm both. We may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for everything done through your account. One person, one account; do not share, sell or transfer it. Tell us at gengen.wtf@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it.
3. The service
gengen lets you generate images and videos with third-party AI models, and talk to an AI assistant. Generations are processed by external providers (see the Privacy Policy). Models, features, limits and prices change over time, and any model can be added, changed or removed without notice. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other people's output. We do not guarantee any particular result, quality, speed or availability.
4. Balance and prices
- gengen runs on a prepaid balance in US dollars. You top it up in advance; each generation is charged from it at the price shown before you start.
- If a generation fails on our side or the provider's, the charge is returned to your balance automatically.
- Prices for future generations can change at any time. A price change never affects a generation you already started.
- Balance is not money held on deposit, earns no interest, cannot be transferred to another account and, except as stated in the Refund Policy, cannot be withdrawn.
- Some features or prices may be available only to certain accounts.
- Top-ups are processed by a third-party payment provider; their fees are shown before you pay.
5. Your content
- Inputs (prompts, images, video and audio you upload) remain yours. You confirm you have the rights and, where a real person is shown, that person's consent to use them this way.
- Outputs: as between you and us, you own what you generate, to the extent the law and the model provider's terms allow. Some outputs may not be protected by copyright at all.
- You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit and display your inputs and outputs only as needed to run gengen for you (for example, sending them to a model provider and showing them in your History). We do not use your content to advertise gengen without asking you first.
- You are solely responsible for your inputs and outputs and for how you use and share them.
6. Rules
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking it can lead to removal of content, suspension or permanent closure of your account, and reporting to authorities where the law requires it.
7. Suspension and closure
You can stop using gengen at any time and ask us to delete your account at gengen.wtf@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if it breaks these Terms or the law, puts gengen or its providers at risk, or is used for fraud. If we close an account for a breach, unused balance is forfeited unless the law says otherwise. If we close an account for any other reason, or shut gengen down, we refund the unused balance.
8. Disclaimers
gengen is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party model providers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from your inputs, your outputs, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
11. Reporting content
If you believe content made with gengen shows you without consent, infringes your rights or is otherwise unlawful, email gengen.wtf@gmail.com with the link and an explanation. We review reports promptly and remove unlawful content.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you on the site before it applies. Continuing to use gengen after that means you accept the new Terms.
13. Disputes
If something goes wrong, email gengen.wtf@gmail.com first; most problems are solved there. Nothing in these Terms takes away the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
