Who processes it for us

We use trusted service providers to run gengen, and they process data only to provide their service:

Some of these providers are outside your country, including in the United States and Asia. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards.

Links to your files

Generated and uploaded files are stored at long, random web addresses. Anyone who has an exact link can open that file, so only share links you want shared.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data, generations and uploads while your account exists. Removing an item from History hides it from you; the underlying file can be kept until your account is deleted. Payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax law require. Server logs are kept for a short period.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing gengen.wtf@gmail.com from the address on your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, History, chats and files, except records we must keep by law. If you are in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

gengen is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete such accounts when we find them.

Changes

We will post any change here and update the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
